Rynda Laurel is a Seasoned Entertainment Executive who has an extensive background in the music, film, tv, brand, and online space.

In an ever-changing landscape, her tenure at major record labels (Charisma/Virgin, Giant/Warner, Work/Sony), artist management firms, motion picture studios, interactive advertising agencies, international tech companies and consumer brands make her a valuable asset across the board.

She has worked with thousands of music artists from developing acts to well respected niche artists to multi-platinum, Grammy-winning, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees including Chuck D & Public Enemy, Smashing Pumpkins, The Afghan Whigs, and the immortal David Bowie.

She has helped expand and monetize numerous careers, companies, and ventures by focusing on the core strengths of a project then generating new opportunities for discovery and growth.

Working directly with content creators, brands and intellectual properties for over 30 years in various aspects gives her a unique, multifaceted view of business.

Her network is vast, and she has a knack for combining creative concepts with the right partners to get executable results.

Rynda is a sought-after moderator, speaker, and curator at international conferences such as SXSW, MIDEM, CMW, and Digital LA and has become an advocate/speaker about Holistic Recovery and Mental Health.

In 2018, Rynda also launched VRYeveryday, a wellness brand focusing on natural solutions for Mental Health and became a strong voice in holistic recovery and mental health circles both in and out of the music industry.

In 2022, Rynda launched The Creative Catalyst Co, an umbrella for her creative and strategic management work with Musicians, Writers, Creatives, Lifestyle Brands and Entertainment Companies.  She partners with a stellar group of artists and clients, adding to an ever-expanding repertoire.
