Rynda Laurel has an extensive background in the music, entertainment, brand, and technology space. With over 30 years of diverse experience, she brings invaluable insight to every project. Her hands-on work with artists, entertainment companies, content creators, brands, intellectual properties and as an entrepreneur provides her with a unique, multifaceted perspective of the business landscape.
She is currently the SVP, Artist Relations for KiTbetter where she is leading artist onboarding, strategic partnerships, and business development for artists and labels. KiTbetter is pioneering the integration of physical and digital music experiences with KiTalbums.
Rynda also continues to run her boutique consulting company, The Creative Catalyst Co, where she collaborates with artists and artist management teams to drive success across various initiatives. She recently expanded partnerships with music managers Keith Hagan (Skylark) and Marc Pollack (MGMT).
In addition, she is a sought-after curator, moderator, and speaker at international conferences such as SXSW, CMW and MIDEM, and she actively serves on a select number of advisory boards and non-profit initiatives including Backline.care, #iVoted Concerts and Music-Votes.
Overall, Rynda has helped expand and monetize numerous careers, companies, and ventures by focusing on the core strengths of a project then generating new opportunities for discovery and growth. In response to Richard Branson’s challenge to summarize one’s work in five words, Rynda describes herself as a “Catalyst, turning ideas into reality.”
